How To Packing the Backpack

It is good to be prepared before going to school.  We want to make sure everything that we want or need in any situation is there in our backpack.  The snack is a must as there are days where we forgot to eat as we have to rush out the door chasing after the school bus. All our books , notes and everything that will be used during class session must be there also in our backpack. With all those items , for sure the backpack will be a weight to our back.

How should we make sure that our backpack is not overweight. I have found a system that works well for us. At home, all of us must have a corner that house our books and supplies for school. Every night, we have to grab all books and supplies that we need to bring the following day and put it in our backpack. We have to do it at night, as it always a mess in the morning. This will make sure that we have everything that we need for school.

Now with the technology gadgets, things become more compact. For example, instead of bringing a CD player and a folder of CDs, I just loaded those onto my iPod and that make some savings of room and weight of my backpack. While packing your backpack , identify the things that you need to bring to school and the things that are not required for the next day schooling. Those that can wait till you get home, put it aside.

Pack everything that is needed and arrange them properly in your backpack so that you know where to find it without delay. Make sure you feel comfortable with the backpack around your back as otherwise you may need a chiropractor during the weekend.
